From last week, we did make those lasagna roll-ups, and enjoyed them very much. They just needed more meat sauce, in our opinions! Next time we make it we will make some modifications. We also made those dijon-roasted potatoes, they were delish! We still didn't make that danged cajun chicken pasta. Whoops! Maybe this week? I'm putting it first thing on the menu today so hopefully that means it will actually get made! Fingers crossed :)
